Nicely Prepared Crotalocephalina Trilobite

This is an nicely prepared specimen of the Devonian trilobite, Crotalocephalina gibbus. This is one of my favorite trilobite due to it's long thin body shape always looks like it's in the process of crawling off of the rock. This one one would be about 2.6" if fully outstretched and was prepared so that it is climbing a pedestal of it's matrix. Really a beautiful specimen. No restoration.
