Iridescent Clam Cluster - South Dakota
This is a cluster of clam fossils from the Late Cretaceous, Pierre Shale of South Dakota. The shells on these clams have great iridescence with hues of pinks and greens when the light hits them just right. Really a beautiful fossil.
