Impressive, 7.7" Priscacara Fossil Fish - Wyoming
This is a very impressive, 7.7" long Priscacara serrata fossil fish from the Green River Formation of Wyoming. This is one of the more uncommon fish found in the quarries. It was collected this past summer at the Fossil Lake Safari Quarry near Kemmerer. Excellent detail on this fine specimen.
There are a couple of repaired cracks through the rock and the fish, but they work is very well done and not noticeable. It has been backed with hardie board to add stability and make it easy to add mounting hardware to be hung on a wall.
It comes with a display stand.
