Hoploscaphites Brevis Ammonite Display

This is a beautiful little Hoploscaphites brevis from the Pierre Shale of South Dakota. It was found inside of a hard concreation and the rock had to be meticulously prepared away. The shell shines with an iridescence when the light hits it from different angles.
