Four Devonian Anetoceras Ammonoids - Morocco

This a group of four large, Early Devonian Anetoceras ammonites from the Anti-Atlas Region of Morocco. The ammonoid cephalopod has been painstakingly prepared from the hard limestone matrix that it was found in. The particular specimen displays segments of trilobites, one of which is an exposed head. The rock of this specimen measures 15.4" wide by 8" tall, with ammonites measuring 4.5", 4.3", 4.2" and 4.0" wide.
