Nice Mrakibina Trilobite - 1.7 Inches

This is a nice specimen of Mrakibina with a beautiful multi-shaded shell coloration. There are two varieties from the locality near Mrakib, Morocco, one with short tail spines and one with long tail spines. This is the short spined variety.

The preparation in this specimen is nice and there is great facets visible in the left eye. It's 1.7 inches in length (large for the species) and laid out nice and prone. The only restoration on this specimen, is to restore a small ship out of the left genal spine.
