Excellent 4.7" Arctinurus Trilobite - New York

Here is a true classic North American fossil and one most desirable trilobites. This elegant and large trilobite comes from the famous "Caleb Quarry" near Middleport, NY. The preservation and preparation work on this 4.7 inch specimen is impeccable.

It's nicely centered on a beautiful squared off piece of matrix and displays very well. The only restoration on this specimen is a few pleural tips on the right hand side where the shell had peeled, about 1-2%
