Enrolled Pseudodechenella Trilobite - Centerfield Limestone, NY

This is a spectacular, perfectly enrolled Pseudodechenella rowi trilobite from the Centerfield Limestone in New York. The preservation and preparation on this piece is stunning. Most New York Pseudodechenella you see typically come from the Hamilton Group, where the trilobites have been compressed. Due to the very hard, sledge-hammer breaking composition of the limestone of the Centerfield Limestone, the preservation is quite 3D.

There is a little bit of restoration along the left/front edge of the head.
