Enrolled Morocops Trilobite - Foum Zguid, Morocco
This is a small, enrolled Morocops (Barrandeops) trilobite collected at Foum Zguid, Morocco. It has a distinctive bumpy shell and nice eye facets. The limestone surrounding it has been removed, leaving it on a free-standing pillar of rock. A cute little trilobite.
This specimen was personally collected in November when I was in Morocco.
