Emerald Green Zimbabwe Petrified Wood Slice

Note: This is the LAST slice I have available of this beautiful emerald green material. All the other slices cut from the log have already been sold.

This is one of the most uniquely colored pieces of petrified wood I've seen. Much of it is a brilliant, emerald green coloration, a color that is rare to see in petrified wood. This slice was cut from a small lot of this beautiful material that only produced 4 slices, and that is it. You won't be disappointed in the beauty of this rare fossilized wood. This slice is thinner than the others at only about 1/4" thick.

It comes from the Molteno Formation of Zimbabwe which is Upper Triassic in age, or approximately 250 million years old.
