Eagles Nest Petrified Spruce End-Cut - 8"

This is a beautiful polished slice of Miocene aged petrified wood collected near Eagle's Nest, Oregon. The polished face is 8" by 5.1". Being a cut from the end of the log it varies in thickness up to about 1.4" One side has been highly polished so you can see all of the detail including the tree rings. It was polished by one of the best in the business, so there are no scuff marks of dull spots.
