Devil Horned Cyphaspis Trilobite - Great Spines

Here is nice example of the Devonian trilobite Cyphaspis sp. sometimes referred to as the "Devil Horn" Cyphaspis for obvious reasons. It is about 3/4 of an inch in length not including the long tail spine. The spines are natural and the rock around it has been professionally "sculpt" it to present it on a nice pedestal. There is a repaired crack running up the right hand side of the trilobite where the matrix was originally broken during collection.

This is a nicely presented example of this spiny Moroccan Otarionidae trilobite.
