Detailed Fossil Froghopper (Cercopoidea) In Baltic Amber
This 44 million year old piece of Baltic amber contains a beautifully detailed fossil froghopper (order Hemiptera - superfamily Cercopoidea). The length of this insect is about 5.3mm wide.
