Detailed Fossil Fly (Diptera) & Aphid (Mymarommatidae) In Baltic Amber
This 44 million year old piece of baltic amber contains two insect inclusions. There is a fossil fly (order Diptera) and a fossil Aphid (family Mymarommatidae) that were beautifully preserved within this amber.
As a reminder, most inclusions in baltic amber are extremely small so magnification will be needed to make out much detail. Included with your order is a physical photo of the specimen, and we will also email you a high resolution digital copy.
