Detailed, 2.4" Austerops Trilobite - Morocco

This is a very detailed, 2.5" Austerops (Phacops) trilobite from the Middle Devonian deposits of Morocco. The limestone has been expertly removed from on top of it so that it displays aesthetically with good shell detail including eye facets. About 3% shell restoration along a repaired crack running up the right hand side of the trilobite.
