Beautiful Metacanthina (Asteropyge) Trilobite - 1.73"

This is a beautiful prepared of the trilobite, Metacanthina issoumourensis often referred to as an "Asteropyge" or “Kayserops”. The shell detail is fantastic, and it has wonderful eye facet preservation. The pygidium (tail) as been prepared free standing from the matrix and there is no restoration on the specimen.
