Bargain Dinosaur Bone - Partial Theropod Toe?

This is a bargain dinosaur bone from the Two Medicine Formation (Judith River Group) of Montana. It appears to be a partial toe or limb bone of a small theropod, such as a raptor. You can tell it's a theropod due to the fact that it is hollow.
