This is a partial toe bone of a Hadrosaur more commonly known as a duck-billed dinosaur. It was collected from the Two Medicine Formation (Judith River Group) of Montana. There are several Hadrosaurs described from the Two Medicine Formation (Judith River Group) including Kritosaurus and Lambeosaurus.
