Bargain 10" Mioplosus Fossil Fish - Wyoming

This is a bargain example of one of the more uncommon fish from the Green River Formation, Mioplosus labracoides. It is 10.2" in length on a 13x8" slab of natural matrix. The specimen displays great preservation with highly detailed with the bone structure, vertebrae and fins. There is a repaired crack running diagonally across the plate through the tail fin. The plate comes with an acrylic display stand.
