9" Orthoceras & Goniatite Fossil Plate
This is a unique, hand-made 9" wide plate made out of polished rock containing 400 million year old Orthoceras (a type of straight cephalopod) and Goniatite (a primitive ammonite) fossils. This fossiliferous stone quarried in the Atlas Mountains of Morocco and locally worked into this very interesting stoneware.
