Partial Hadrosaur Caudal (Tail) Vertebra

This is a Hadrosaur caudal (tail) vertebra from the Two Medicine Formation (Judith River Group) of Eastern Montana. There are several known Hadrosaurs from this formation including Brachylophosaurus, Kritosaurus and Lambeosaurus, but you couldn't accurately assign an isolated vert like this to a specific genus. There are no repairs or restoration. There is some surface weathering and most of the process has eroded away as well as the lower half of the vertebra, but most of the shiny, smooth outer surface of bone remains.
