8" Fossil Brittle Star and Trilobite Plate - Morocco
This is a beautiful, 8" wide slab of limestone containing a brittle star (Ophiura) and a trilobite (Selenopeltis) with a tucked tail. It comes from the Kataoua Formation near El Kaid Rami, Morocco. The brittlestar and trilobite don't appear to have any significant repair or restoration.
