.54 Raptor (Dromaeosaur) Premax Tooth - Montana
This is a beautiful, .54" tooth of a small theropod from the Two Medicine Formation (Judith River Group) of Eastern Montana. It's most likely a Dromaeosaur (commonly referred to as a raptor) but could possibly be a baby Tyrannosaur tooth. The outer serrations are worn which prevents being positive of the ID. It would be a premax tooth, and the enamel preservation is wonderful as are the inner serrations. Comes in an acrylic display case.
