5" Polished Neoarchean Stromatolite Fossil - Western Australia
This is a stromatolite fossil that was collected from the Carawine Dolomite in the Gregory Range of Western Australia. It is Neoarchean in age, or approximately 2.6 billion years old. It has been cut flat on both sides and polished to a glossy-finish on one.
