.5" Permian Reptile Vertebra Fossil with Pyrite - Oklahoma

Here is a vertebra of a Lower Permian reptile (unidentified) from the Richard's Spur Quarry near Lawton, Oklahoma. Overall the vertebra is in excellent condition and features a well preserved vertebral foramen and a relatively large formation of pyrite along one edge. This permian reptile material is found within cave fissure fill deposits in the quarry.

Comes with a small acrylic display case.
