5 1/4" Choffaticeras Ammonite (Half) - Morocco

Ammonites from the Early Turonian Stage (Upper Cretaceous) found North of Goulmima, Morocco are a new offering here on FossilEra. This is half of a Choffaticeras (Choffaticeras) segne ammonite which is 5 1/4 inches in diameter. The cut surface has been polished.
