.35" Coelophysis Tooth From Arizona - Triassic Dinosaur

This is a serrated, .35" long Coelophysis tooth collected this fall from the Chinle Formation in Arizona. Coelophysis was a small, slenderly-built, ground-dwelling, bipedal carnivore, that could grow up to about 10 feet in length. It is one of the earliest known dinosaur genera.
