3" Rare Moroccan Lichid (Acanthopyge) - Mrakib, Morocco

This is a very rare lichid trilobite (Acanthopyge) from Mrakib, Morocco. Real specimens are nearly impossible to acquire because not only are they rare, but they tend to be found disarticulated and the original locality was collected out years ago. This specimen is 3" long, has great shell preservation, and is covered in tiny pustules. It appears to be a molt with the cheeks being composites, which is almost always the case with specimens you see of this species.
