3.6" Fossil Sycamore (Platanus) Leaf - Nebraska
This is a well preserved 3.6" long, fossil Sycamore (Platanus vitifolia) leaf from the Valentine Formation of Cherry County, Nebraska. This specimen shows the primary veins and some secondary venation. There is a little bit of surface restoration/coloring where parts to the leaf flaked off on to the counterpart.
