3.5" Fagesia Ammonite - Goulmima, Morocco

This is a 3.5" wide Fagesia peroni ammonite collected North of Goulmima, Morocco. This deposit is Upper Cretaceous (Early Turonian Stage) in age. These ammonites are extremely thick and characterized by the very depressed whorl height in relation to width.
