22.5" Spectacular Fossil Scallop (Pecten) Cluster

This is a truly alluring, 22.5" wide specimen featuring ~40 fossil scallops of the genus Pecten. They were collected in France from a Miocene-aged deposit. The scallops range from from 2" to 4" wide and can be found on both sides of the specimen. It displays very well either stood up or laying down. The accompanied metal display stand can assist with preferred presentation.
