2.75" Dicranurus Trilobite - Fully Free-Standing Spines!

This is a large, and exceptionally nice specimen of Dicranurus monstrosus quarried from the Lhandar Formation at Atchana, Morocco. This is a rare trilobite to find complete, and this one is a beauty. Almost all of the spines/horns have been prepared free of the surrounding limestone, and it has excellent shell quality. Unlike many specimens whose shell is burnt from over aggressive air abrasive work, the pair of nodes on each axial ring is intact.
