2.4" Miocene Fossil Fish From Nebraska - New Find

This is a beautifully preserved, 2.4" long fossil fish collected from the Valentine Formation in Cherry County, Nebraska. The dark black-orange preservation contrasts well against the beige-grey rock. This is new material, collected from a private ranch by a friend of ours last summer. I'm not aware of material from this site being available before this location previously.

It comes with an acrylic display stand.
