2.3" Paralejurus Trilobite - Beautiful Preservation
This is a excellent example of the Middle Devonian Moroccan trilobite, Paralejurus. The specimen has great surface detail and the eyes show literally hundreds of preserved facets. The streamline shape of Paralejurus suggests that it was likely a burrowing trilobite.
This specimen is much better preserved and prepared than most. It's 2.3" long and the matrix has been expertly sculpted so that it displays nicely. There is NO restoration on this specimen. Check out the eye detail!
