2.25" Unusual Phacops Species - Jebel Zireg, Morocco

This is an unusual species of Phacops from a location now widely collected near Jebel Zireg, Morocco. It was collected either in or near the 'Septimopeltis couche'. It's one of only three examples I was able to acquire of this species. Both the preservation and preparation are very nice and just check out the EYE FACETS.
