This is a 2.25" wide jaw section from the extinct ray-finned fish, Pachyrhizodus, collected from the Cretaceous-aged Ozan Formation in Fannin County, Texas. The rock it was found in has been prepped away, exposing the partial teeth still preserved within their dental alveoli.
