2.2" Fossil Primitive Rhinoceros (Cadurcotherium) Molar - France
This is a fossil molar of Cadurcotherium cayluxi, a primitive rhinoceros (family Amynodontidae) that lived during the Upper Oligocene (23 - 30 million years) of Europe. This specimen was collected from the Upper Oligocene of France. Portions of this molar are missing and there are two repaired cracks through it.
