2.2" Detailed Coltraneia Trilobite Fossil - Huge Faceted Eyes
This is a detailed, 2.2" long, bug-eyed, Coltraneia trilobite with amazing "tower eyes" full of hundreds of eye facets. The species has often been referred to as a Treveropyge in the past. It was quarried at Ofaten Mountain, Morocco.
This specimen is well prepared with excellent eye facets in both eyes. It has no restoration.
