1.85" Metacanthina Trilobite With Orange Eye - Lghaft, Morocco
This is a beautiful, 1.85" long specimen of Metacanthina issoumourensis often referred to as an "Asteropyge" or “Kayserops”. It was quarried near Lghaft, Morocco. Excellent preparation work on this specimen. The right eye has a natural orange coloration. There is some shell restoration on the left hand side of the head below the eye.
