1.75" Paralejurus Trilobite - Foum Zguid

This is a nicely prepared example of the Corynexochida trilobite, Paralejurus. It was quarried near Foum Zguid, Morocco. You can clearly see details such as the terrace lines in the tail and even the hundreds of tiny eye facets. The limestone matrix around the trilobite has been sculted so that it "flys" on a pedastal of rock. No restoration.
