1.75" Hoploscaphites Ammonite Fossil - Montana

This is a specimen of the ammonite Hoploscaphites crassus from the the Pierre Shale of Montana. It's been nicely prepared from the hard limestone concretion it was found in and displays nicely on a flat surface.
