1.7" Cretaceous Fossil Fish Vertebrae In Rock - Morocco
This is a 1.7" long string of vertebra from phosphate deposits, Khouribga, Morocco. This specimen contains four associated vertebrae still contained in the rock in which they were found.
There are a number of fish from the cretaceous seas in what is now Morocco. It is almost impossible to make an accurate identification from vertebrae.
