1.42" Prone Kainops Trilobite - Oklahoma
This is a 1.42" long, prone Kainops raymondi trilobite from the Haragan Formation of Oklahoma. It has a nice caramel colored shell preservation that contrasts nicely with the light colored rock. It's been prepared under microscope using air abrasives and airscribes to reveal the highly detailed shell preservation including eye facets.
There is also a brachiopod fossil associated with it.
