1.35" Rare Apatokephalus Trilobite With Two Lonchodomas
This is a rare, 1.35" long Apatokephalus trilobite from the upper Fezouata Formation of Morocco. This rare remopleurid trilobite has a long spine coming off the axial ring on one of its last segments. The red/rust coloration is natural and due to the oxidization of iron pyrite. It is associated with a pair of Lonchodomas. Total restoration is only about 1%
