1.3" Cretaceous Fossil Fish Vertebrae In Rock - Morocco
This is a 1.3" long spine section containing four vertebra from the Phosphate Deposits of Khouribga, Morocco. These vertebra are likely from the section of spine just in front of the tail. In addition to the vertebrae section, there are several other bone fragments and a tooth, possibly Plesiosaur.
There are a number of fish from the cretaceous seas in what is now Morocco. It is almost impossible to make an accurate identification from vertebrae.
Comes with an acrylic stand.
