1.2" Rare, Gondwanaspis Trilobite - Issoumour, Morocco

This is a excellent, 1.2" long example of the rare, spiny trilobite Gondwanaspis mrirtensis from Issoumour, Morocco. The locality these trilobites came from has been collected out and it's pretty unusual for a good example of the species to become available. It is lying on top of a tail of some type of scutellum trilobite. Total restoration is about 1-2% along repaired cracks.
