1.15" Cornuproetus Trilobite - Detailed Shell
This is a 1.15" long specimen of the Proetida trilobite Diademaproetus praecursor from the Lower-Middle Devonian of Morocco. It displays the diagnostic features of this species including a granulose cephalon and long swept-back genal spines. It comes from the Timrhanrhart Formation near Foum Zguid, Morocco.
