Beautiful, 1.75" Hollardops Trilobite - Orange Eyes
This is a beautifully prepared, 1.75" long example of the trilobite Hollardops mesocristata from Ofaten, Morocco. Very nice preparation, with nice shell detail including clear eye facets in both eyes. The eyes have a natural orange preservation which is sometimes seen in trilobites from this locality. Only about 1% shell restoration along repaired cracks.
