2.48" Cretaceous Sawfish (Onchosaurus) Rostral Barb/Tooth - Morocco
This is a rarely seen rostral barb/tooth from Onchosaurus marocanus, a type of Cretaceous aged sawfish. It is Upper Cretaceous, Maastrichtian Stage in age or approximately 66-72 million years old, and was collected in the Ouled Abdoun basin of Morocco. The tooth is in the original rock it was found in, but has had rock removed for aesthetic presentation.
