This is a 1.6" wide (about 2.4" long), enrolled Illaenus trilobite from the St. Petersburg region of Russia.
Like nearly all the Russian asaphid trilobite available there is some shell restoration. The shell restoration is primarily on the very front of the head.

Trilobites were a very diverse group of extinct marine arthropods. They first appeared in the fossil record in the Early Cambrian (521 million years ago) and went extinct during the Permian mass extinction (250 million years ago).
